Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your invoice.
Ship the Garments
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange shipment within 5 to 7 business days.
